Who's Out for San Francisco
Ben Evans (Shoulder) Comment: The BTOSports.com/BBMX/Palmetto Suzuki rider will sit out San Francisco and is hopeful for San Diego. Ryan Morais (Entire body) Comment: According to team manager Bill Keefe, Ryan is at home resting and will be seeing his own physician on Monday for further evaluation. Ryan is not expected to race in the upcoming San Francisco round but will likely be back on his bike in time for San Diego. Tommy Searle (Right shoulder) Comment: Says FMF KTM team manager Casey Lytle, “At this point it is not certain if Tommy will be able to ride in San Francisco. He is focused on recovering and hopes to be ready for this weekend.” Trey Canard (Achilles’ stinger) Comment: Sources report that it still hurts, but Trey will be a go for San Francisco. Dan Reardon (Head) Comment: Sat out Phoenix and A2 to recover and is still a question mark for this weekend. “We will make the call on Friday,” says team manager Michael Young. James Stewart (Wrist/shoulder) Comment: Though he’s still sore from Phoenix, James is in for San Francisco. “I feel a little bit better this week, so I'm excited to get back in there and try and get another win,” he said in this video. There’s also a rumor of a huge gash in his knee that reopens every time he bends it. Previous injuries: Chad Reed (Hand) Comment: He had a plate inserted and will be out for at least six weeks. Josh Grant (Shoulder) Comment: Recovering from shoulder surgery. Nate Adams (Thumb) Comment: Dislocated his thumb following Anaheim 1. Will not return to supercross in 2010. Topher Ingalls (Ankle) Comment: According to his website, Ingalls suffered a broken ankle in the second qualifying practice at Anaheim 1 and underwent surgery; a plate and screws were inserted to aid in recovery. No word on when he’ll return. Brett Metcalfe (Sprained ankle) Comment: Moved from West Region Lites to the East for GEICO Powersports Honda. Christian Craig (Broken back) Comment: Currently has rods in his back and won’t be back on a bike for well over a year. Matt Goerke (Broken right leg) Comment: No word on when the Moto Concepts rider hopes to return. Matt Moss (Broken back) Comment: Told our own Steve Cox that he's probably good to go for round one of the East, but on a 450, even though he'd like to ride a 250F at this point. Jake Moss (Wrist) Comment: Injured at the opening round of the Australian Super X Series. Dean Wilson (Thumb and shoulder) Comment: Should be 100 percent ready for the East Region Lites opener on February 20 in Indianapolis. Steven Clarke (wrist) Comment: The Suzuki City rider started riding a few weeks ago after breaking his wrist in the off-season. He will be ready for Indianapolis. Teddy Maier (Broken leg) Comment: Teddy broke his tib/fib while training at the Millsaps Training Facility, also bending the rod in his leg from an injury the previous year. He plans to be ready for the East Region supercross series. Have something to add? Email us at letters@racerxonline.com.

KawiDave - I appriciate the fact that you are up to date on all this stuff as am I, however I personally feel that if people can't do a little reading and figure this stuff out on their own then more power to those of us that take the time and effort it takes to try and do well in this series. I wish you wouldn't post this stuff. I know you are just trying to be nice and helpful, but we need all the help we can get this year as we are sucking it up... No hard feeling just my thought.
Good luck to everyone this week. |

Thanks.... but I don't want everyone jumping down my throat for requesting it. Maybe we should take a vote???
posts / no posts - practice times/no practice times - personally I like the pracitce times, even though I sit intensely in front of my computer all day waiting for them to show up, but it allows me to be a tad lazy and not copy and paste them my self, but if you decide not to post practice times, it wont hurt me any

I like the injury report. I dont catch all the injurys and working all the time doesnt let me read hours on the internet to find out all the info. Plus it lets you see what these riders deal with. If someone is willing to post it they should be able too. No need to hate....

Ummm, I'm not hating, but just so you know the rest of work all the time and still put int he effort to look around and find out what is gone. IF you can't go to a website or two then that's your problem. Do the leg work like the rest of us. If would have read what I wrote I was very nice and thanked Dave but all of us know what it takes to do well and getting all the info handed to you is plain lazy.... Just my 2 cents as I said before.

It dont matter either way, you pick the best four guys and two of them DNF. keep on posting Dave!!!!!! It is what it is, do the work yourself and someone hits the ground, this is racing motocross if you are picking winners with points added and hot riders looking at practice times dont really help all that much. Thats my thoughts.

I guess I'm just not the worried about getting beat by somebody. It is what it is. Most Fantasy Football sites all have reports tied to the players you have. All you have to do is click on them and it gives you a full report on how they are doing. Dave posting that info on here is pretty much the same thing. I was out of town last week so on Friday night I just got on my phone and picked 4 riders real quick and ended up finishing 3rd in two of the divisions. While I find the info helpful, I don't think it is a huge factor on where people finish.

I just do this for fun and never placed in the top 10-15 but I still do it. To be honest some of the riders I never would have even looked at to see if they were ok or hurt. I could care less, I have only checked the injury report once and it was only to see what happened to Reed and why he wasnt on the list last week. To each their own.
