yah it was a pretty bad crash. I ended up breaking two vertebrae and compression fracturing five. Thank god for my leatt. They said without it I probably wouldn't be walking!

If you want to ride like me, you need to grow up riding crappy, then ride BMX bikes to be smooth, watch MX instructional vids to get the correct form, then drink a lot of beer, get fat from an office job. So the riding style will be looking good for photos, etc, but progressively slower each lap untill exhaustion.
